Shipping & Delivery

Our online collection includes a limited selection of ready-to-ship pieces. Because each item incorporates handcrafted elements and is individually authenticated with a unique quality-control and anti-counterfeiting serial number, additional time is required for production and final inspection.

Please allow approximately 2–8 weeks for production and delivery. For customers with urgent requirements, we also offer expedited custom orders. Please refer to our Custom Services section for more information.

As a gesture of appreciation for extended waiting times, shopping credits are provided according to the following schedule:

• Over 4 weeks: 100 shopping credits
• Over 6 weeks: 300 shopping credits
• Over 8 weeks: 500 shopping credits

Shopping Credit Redemption: NT$500 may be redeemed for every NT$3,000 in eligible purchases, with additional credits redeemable in the same manner.

After-Sales Care

For your protection, please record a video while opening your package upon delivery. If you discover any issue with your order, please contact us and return the item according to our return instructions. We will cover the applicable return shipping costs for verified product issues.

All Crystal Secret products are covered by a five-year complimentary repair warranty for non-human-caused damage.

After five years, customers may also participate in our 10-Year Upgrade Program, allowing eligible pieces to be exchanged for a newer design by paying the applicable price difference.

Membership Benefits

Members may enjoy additional shopping credits when adding value to their membership account:

• NT$30,000: Receive NT$5,000 in shopping credits
• NT$50,000: Receive NT$7,000 in shopping credits
• NT$80,000: Receive NT$10,000 in shopping credits
